Grace Church Plymouth is led by Andrew Larkin, our full-time elder and pastor, alongside a growing leadership team of men and women who help lead and serve across the life of the church.
We believe the biblical pattern for healthy local church leadership is a team of elders, so Andrew is currently working with a number of men who are being equipped and developed with a view to joining the eldership team in the future. While that eldership team is being formed, Andrew is supported by the eldership team at Redeemer Church Plymouth, providing relationship, support and accountability during this season.
Our leaders are also supported by trustees, ministry leaders and a brilliant team of volunteers who together help make Grace happen.
